Norwest Strata Management is a family-owned and operated company located in the Norwest Business Park. Founded in 2015 by Anthony and Debbie Montibeler, the company offers a comprehensive range of strata management services for both Strata and Community Titled properties. They cater to both residential and commercial schemes and hold expertise in all aspects of Strata and Community Title Management.

Licensee Anthony Montibeler brings almost two decades of experience in strata management, while Debbie has been in the industry for close to 25 years. Together, they have gained extensive knowledge in all areas of strata and community title management. Currently, the team comprises of 8 people who are equipped to handle major property issues such as waterproofing and structural remedial repairs, with the help of professional tradesmen, legal practitioners, and building consultants.

Norwest Strata Management is a specialist in compliance management and ensures that Owners Corporations and Community Associations fulfill their legal obligations. The team has local knowledge of the Hills District and its surrounding areas but can service properties throughout Sydney Metro and beyond.
